We just got back from Myrtle Beach, and it was Wylie and Ashley's first time to ever go to the beach and see the ocean. They had a blast!

We arrived in Myrtle Beach after the sun had gone down, so we put the kids to bed and then waited until the morning to show them the beach. These two videos are the next morning when they woke up and saw the beach and the ocean for the first time.

Oh, my gosh .... they are soooo adorable. Wylie got so excited and Ashley looked a little awed seeing so much water and sand. That's what I love about toddlers. They see nature and the world as we should all remember to see it ... a glorious wonder!

that was the cutest video. i can't get over wylie's excitement. he was too cute. i loved how excited he was for ashley to see it as well. you felt so excited for them to see the beach just through their reactions. it was great.
